Keely qualified from Liverpool University in 2006, following which she spent several years working in North Wales and Chester, before buying her first practice with her husband in 2011. She has taught newly qualified dentists for the past 11 years, gaining a distinction in her PG certificate in Clinical Education, and has done numerous post graduate courses.

Since the beginning of 2019, Keely has worked as a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Countess of Chester Hospital, performing soft tissue biopsies, complex and surgical extractions, and other surgical procedures, alongside her teaching role. Keely is also trained in providing non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments.

In her spare time, Keely runs for West Cheshire AC, Cheshire ladies and England masters over a range of distances, her favourite being the marathon. She recently placed 46th in London Marathon 2023. When she’s not running, she enjoys weekends outside with her husband and three boys or curling up with a good book.
