 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I came here for a frenectomy (tongue tie release) and felt very lucky as there are no other places locally who offer it and those further away charge extortionate prices!!

Prior to booking an appointment they very kindly answered millions of questions via phone calls and what’s app and there was no pressure at all to book an appointment with them.

The appointment was with Dr Bhavin, who is also an NHS MaxFax consultant and after being fobbed off by my own MaxFax consultant at another trust, he offered to carry out the procedure as there was a chance it would help with left sided muscular pain to face, neck, shoulder and TMJ issues.

The appointment day came and I was a bag of nerves. Dr Bhavin and Dr Divya could not have been more accommodating, reassuring and compassionate. The procedure went well and I left with a further appointment booked for around 4 weeks.

The day after my procedure, Dr Bhavin phoned me to check how I was, which I was very grateful for as honestly I was struggling with pain and swelling and eating and speaking were near impossible. He was very reassuring on the phone and offered to phone again a few days later.

I did have a concern in the meantime, and phoned the Dental practice and they were happy to give me advice over the phone. As the days went on speech, eating and pain improved and I returned for my follow up appointment, he said he does not have any concerns and offered another appointment, I agreed I also did not have any concerns and was discharged.

In all, from well before booking the procedure, to 1 month after the procedure, I received nothing short of a 5* service. I also feel like I should point out how beautiful the dental practice is, if I wasn’t so nervous I’d have taken some selfies as it looks so cosy and luxurious in there, doesn’t add much to the review but it did help me feel a tiny bit more relaxed!!

As for the procedure itself, I went in, Dr Bhavin discussed the procedure and pros and cons, I signed consent forms, had the procedure and this entire process took about 1 hour.

Throughout the procedure I was very nervous, there was no pain but I am very squeamish and don’t like the dentist anyway as don’t like the feeling of having people touching inside my mouth so wasn’t a great experience but Dr Bhavin and Dr Divya were great, chatting away to each other about different things and whilst I couldn’t talk, I could listen which really took my mind off things and the procedure was over in no time.

As for my left sided pain, this has mostly improved! And my tongue is all healed perfectly.

I called for an emergency appointment and I am really happy to  find the best dentist in Chester.Highly recommend Art of Dental Care and Dr.Divya. I was in a lot of pain all weekend with infection in my tooth and was struggling to get an urgent appointment.Called Art of Dental Care, quick response, was lucky to get an appointment on the same day as well.Divya thoroughly explained my options and put me at ease with her gentle and caring nature.I was really impressed by the digital x rays and how updated the practice was with all the latest stuff.Gave me the  courage to  have my tooth out as it cannot be saved.Completely pain free experience and she made it look so easy!Can't thank you enough Dr.Divya and team for taking such good care of me,Can't wait to come back to get the rest of my teeth sorted!

Firstly,I am excited that we finally have a Harley street style private dental practice in the heart of Chester.Their new practice is very impressive, warm and  welcoming with a boutique style look.Meticulously clean with minimalistic interiors.The moment you walk in you feel a sense of relaxation and positive vibes.
Dr. Reddy is an amazing dentist, highly professional and empathetic and puts you at ease right away. She was very thorough with my check-up and took the time to explain every step with transparency, didn't feel rushed at all, made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment.
I needed a deep clean for tartar and stains on my teeth .I am a very anxious patient with low tolerance to pain . Dr Divya Reddy is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry. She explains everything she is doing as she proceeds with the treatment plan. Explains and visually shows all the costing for approval.

We were very pleased at how friendly and attentive everyone was.  Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff and they made it a priority to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our treatment..

Dental Nurses Yasmin,Jessica, Lorraine & Collette are exceptional and an asset to the practice.

Hygienist Liliya is excellent and adheres to the high standards of the practice.
